Where are the lvl1 team revives?

I've been paying close attention to the loyalty store for two weeks and it looks like Kabam has quietly removed the option to buy lvl1 team revives with loyalty points.. I hope I'm wrong.. Does anyone know what happened?

    They appear randomly. The only thing that happened is RNG happened.
