Which 4/5* cosmic and science champs to rank?

My account is only 4 months old so my 4 & 5* roster is quite small (4 5*'s and ~25 4*'s) and I've got enough cosmic cats for either my first R5 4* or R3 5*.

Hela 4* (currently 4/40)
Angela 4* (currently 4/40)
Carnage 5* (currently 1/25)

I'm still hesitant on Carnage until or if the buff comes out and if it's worth it.

Next I'm wondering which science champ to focus on as I'm only a few thousand shards away from 3 science T4CC.
Red Hulk 4* (currently 4/40, sig 20)
Red Hulk 5* (currently 1/25)
Hulk 5* (currently 2/35)

I was originally planning to R5 my 4* Rulk until I pulled a 5* a few days back but I've still got a 5* Hulk in the mix that I haven't ruled out.

I've got Acts 1-4 100% and soon plan to get uncollected once I have a few revives and units saved.
