    The only time Cyclops is the correct answer to that question is absolutely never. I'd rank Kamala before Cyclops.

    Bishop actually has some great damage and utility. Cyclops on the other hand is extremely effective I’ve heard....

    Bishop is underrated _ I love him. Used correctly, he's pretty useful. That L2 is incredible.

    Bishop is great against skill champs. Others I’d include iceman, magik, Hyperion, most energy damage champs. Has a great sp2 with enough prowess.
