My Mastery points arent free anymore

Yeah that's normal, they were only free for a week due to the changes they made to mystic dispersion and dexterity.

They're back to normal and they made a thread here and told us they were only going to be free for a little over a week after they changed MD and dex, though I wish they did make it permanent.

As you can see on the link above from NEO, the Mastery Level Up costs have now been re-enabled. They were given extra time following our changes to Dexterity and Mystic Dispersion.
