Doctor Octopus, he works even best with passive power gain nodes like Spite. As his physics research category increases with opponent power gain, a passive power gain would cause a breakthrough pretty fast. From then on, it is simply spamming SP1 or letting the power gain re-apply the power lock by itself. His awakened ability aids him by stealing a portion of the power gained. If the power lock fails, his physics category can reduce special attack damage by up to 50%, possibly enough to take one.

But if you only face 1 sp3, iceman can do it. I face AoN rulk in AQ each time and iceman takes him with only needing ice armor against 1 sp3.
