3* champs. Sell or keep?

I got a ton of 3*s that are never used at all. I've been thinking alot about selling them for ISO and 4* shards. I'm uncollected so I mainly use 5*s and some 4*. Does anyone else do this ? Just wanna hear what the community does. Thanks.

Doesn't make any sense to sell them, imo.

1. They make good, cheap level up and SA fodder.
2. Duping them gives you 4* shards, which will eventually lead to more 4* dupes, which leads to 5* shards, etc, etc.
3. 3* sig stones and gems are super common and make for good items use fodder. Same goes for 3* arena boots.
4. Max sig 3* dupes will basically double your 4* shards (see #2).
5. Sometimes Kabam releases content with specific champion requirements (such as the gates from the last EQ). If you're lacking a required champ as a 4* or higher, there's a good chance you still have it as a 3*. Would really suck to not be able to complete a particular path because you don't have a specific champ.

Everyone gotta play their own way, but selling champs never made much sense to me.

It's better to keep them in the long run as you will get kore shards from duping them over time and when they get to max sig you will get double the shards for the dupe

They can also give synergies if you don't have a champ higher star (not in act 6)

Mainly just wanna sell champs I have in 4 or 5*. I don't want to sell my fully ranked 3*s. What's the point of having Corvus as a3* when I have him as a4 and 5*

There really isn't any good excuse on why you should sell them, so don't.

You'll dupe that 3* Corvus a lot over time and for evry dupe you'll get 55 4* shards which adds up and after 13 dupes(i think) he will be max sig and you will get 110 4* shards per dupe.
So more 3*'s means more 4* shards which means more 4*'s and that means more 5* shards and so on.

I suppose that's correct. I been playing for 3 years and have never sold a champ yet. I think I'm just bored and when I look at my 3* s . I think wow I haven't used a 3* in a very long time. Do I need it.

The benefits clearly outweigh the costs of selling 3* as shown above, so keep them.

Always keep mate, I have 21max rank 3* currently that I use with arena boosts for 4*basic and 3* arena. Currently grinding for units and these bad boys score more then 3/30’s and some 4/40’s and with 3x boost can upwards of 22k per fight.
Can also use them in infinite streaks without gaining a death match, really handy for smashing out all the milestones at a good clip.
Not even mentioning the Knick on effect of shards the more times you dupe and redupe those champs. Selling them only gives you a short term gain
