Is Willpower bugged? Or is there some other form of math that I don’t know of?

I’m confused because 0.7 is higher than 0.6, but yet the poison is ticking at a higher number. I also have recovery maxed out. So is there some other factor that I’m missing?

    I just read through all the champs that cause poison and AA is the only one where it says anything about poison reducing healing.

    It’s just one of those things you learn playing the game. Just like incinerate always removes perfect block chance and reducing block proficiency by 50%.

    @Josh056 if you pause the game and read what it says on screen it tells you about your active effects
