Does no one remember the disclaimer you had to click to keep playing after the EU ruling? Or read any of the patents kabam holds? There isn't a single one for 100% random generation...
They clearly told you they would use your game data to tailor your gaming experience!... if you believe that what you get is 100% random your ignoring facts or just naive. They told all of us quite clearly how this works.
Ps. It is a business! They aren't here to be generous or help. I'm sure when McDonalds gives away all their food for free I'm sure kabam will let you choose what champs and other"prizes" you want.....lol

if they advertised this as random and it was not random then they would be violating countless laws in most countries, but that fact does not matter, all that matters is that your bad luck cannot actually be bad luck, it has to be a conspiracy to get you, despite people every day opening and getting the standard distribution, statisics be darned it is about you, and them trying to get you.
Yeah I don’t believe in that kind of consistent bad luck. The same way that when I used to buy 5* crystals to get champs I would end up with the worst ones in the game every time. I stopped buying crystals for that reason and will do the same here. I Would have to see independently verified third-party statistics proving that their results fall within the standard deviation of being random. I don’t think they advertise that the awakening gems are random by class.

There's been one offer that allowed you to choose a AG class that you wanted and included sig stones too.
Something people fail to realise with this whole same class ag thing is that only the people who experience it post about it, most people won’t post if they get a class they don’t already have, but if someone has tons of the same then it gets posted, if you took a very large sample size with a mixture of players rather than a few ally mates you tubers and forum posters who go on about it then you would see much more balanced results, my last 2 ages have been science, my 1st one, and mutant which was also my first, despite me already having tech and mystic in the stash

You don't know that because you don’t know the other outcomes across the game so you don’t know if this is statistically random any more than I do.
I think if you did a wider survey you would find that this is more common than you think. Just as not every summoner who opens a 5 or six star claire voyant rushes in to brag about it, not everyone who gets kabam'd over and over again posts about it. I myself have opened 5 of the exact same champ on the same day from an assortment of crystals. The free daily, a puchased phc and three constructed phc, all opened different times during the day and all gifting me a lovely 2 star yellowjacket...and for that reason i will never spend real money on champ crystals or any crystal that is in this game. I very simply do not trust the rng.

So after the RNG I have 9 Skill and 7 Mystic T4cc.

statistically this is incorrect. Based on Studies customers who have a bad experience (real or perceived) are 2-3 times more likely to write review than customers who a happy. In addition customers who have a bad experience(real or perceived) share it more often, generally 5 times more. And that is just base level, when it comes to forums it can be as great as 10-1
The grandmaster daily banner says there is an increased chance to aquire a 5 star tech champion? But the drop rates show that 5 star drop rates on that crystal are 5%? Every Grandmaster has a 5 percent change at a 5, those with an increased chance and those that do not...if you disagree with that statement i suggest you go look. So if a crystal that does not state it has an increased chance is 5 % and one that does is 5 %??? Then where is that increased chance? it is increased over the others because while it has the same percentage chance to get a 5* you dont have the extra calculation over what class. In a normal grandmaster you have a .8% chance to get a 5* tech, due to it having all the classes in it, in this one you have a flat 5% chance.

I’m done with the big purchases with this game. Just threw away $70 on the awakening gem just to get another tech. I now have 3 in inventory. I should have known better than to purchase it. The free awakening we got a few weeks ago I got tech, the last one I bought was tech so should have known this would end up the same. The odds of that are astronomical I think they have something in their formula that checks your inventory and gives you what you already have. Until they give you a class choice I am done with the $$.
I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed in which awakening gem you received. But please know the drops are random and are not affected by your inventory.
