Not got the uncollected calendar

I have completed Act5 chapter 2 but yet not got the uncollected calendar . I am level 50 .we don't expect these things from kabam. Please help kabam.

What about the free and daily crystals?
I also don't see grandmaster crystal or uncollected arena/gold crystals.
