What champs do you have? Life transfer gives you a lot of options IMO.

i suggest mystic like Symboite supreme , Blade Trinity , morningstar (MVP) or You Could Show Your Roaster For Better team setup

I only have symbiote supreme and blade as a 3*

I always used voodoo for venom. Sp1 when he has that amount of buffs is just fun to watch him melt.

Just take your top champs,you don't need a counter to venom,just play normally,you are going to heal for 125% of damage dealt. Just bait out sp1.
