3* blade synergy missing

Sooooooo I'm currently grinding on my new second account, and I just pulled a 3* blade. Come to find out the synergy with Stark Spidey is missing. Am I missing something???

Some synergys are only available at a certain rarity i.e only 4&5* blade have the sparky synergy
