High school dropout, Samuel Sterns, worked in a chemical plant when an accident exposed him to gamma radiation, leaving him with a voracity for knowledge. Now as the Leader, he seeks to conquer the world; shaping it as he sees fit.
Powers
Super-Genius Intelligence: The Leader has superhuman mental acumen. He possesses enhanced intuition, pattern solving, information storage and retrieval, and logical and philosophical structuring. The potential of his intelligence is nearly unlimited. It is assumed (in theory) he is capable of knowledge and comprehension above and beyond the normal human spectrum of thought. He is potentially capable of mastering every worldly subject and capable of adopting concepts completely foreign to his environment. His ability to predict probable outcomes of tactical and strategic scenarios is so advanced that it borders on clairvoyance. His intuition is heightened to the degree that his hunches are almost always correct. The Leader has a perfect memory with the ability to recall every moment since the accident that gave him his powers.
Telepathy: The Leader has some psionic powers that enable him to mentally control certain individuals
Telekinesis:
Abilities
The Leader possesses knowledge of genetics, physics, and robotics, and has designed a large number of sophisticated weapons, vehicles, computers, androids, and synthetic humanoids. He is particularly adept at genetic engineering and manipulating radiation for various nefarious purposes.
Equipment
The Leader has created devices with a variety of functions. He has developed a means to telepathically control the Hulk and the Rhino.
Transportation
The Leader always has access to various highly advanced vehicles and death machines. One such conveyance, the Murder Module, was used to combat the Hulk during the Leader's brief command of Gamma Base.
Weapons
An army of robotic Humanoids have been developed by the Leader, able to perform a variety of tasks. The Leader also utilizes a unique assortment of weaponry including laser pistols, pulse weapons, kinetic gauntlets, etc.
Strength level
Normal human male with minimal regular exercise.
Weaknesses
Despite his limitless intelligence and supreme knowledge, his effectiveness is greatly hampered by his own arrogance, immaturity, and obsession with defeating the Hulk which constantly causes him to lose sight of necessary details and act prematurely, causing the ruin of his schemes. His egotism has led him to embark on mad, impractical schemes to turn the rest of humanity into green-skinned beings like himself.
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Hulk, Red Hulk, She-Hulk, Rhino
The Leader would be useful as a mind control defender, using his advanced weaponry and humanoids to do damage. His intelligence would allow him to outsmart you and predict your future movements, having a counter already prepared. Compares to Sentinal, Emma Frost, Ebony Maw, M.O.D.O.K.
The Answer first came to work for the father and son team of Wilson (the Kingpin) and Richard Fisk when they controlled the Las Vegas division of Hydra. He was their top hitman, but he also had an angle, or an answer, to any problem. He volunteered to be the guinea pig for Fisk's attempt to grant superhuman powers, via the equipment of the late Harlan Stillwell. At first, the process seemed to have no effect, but he eventually learned he had gained the ability to come up with whatever power was necessary to resolve a given situation. The Kingpin sent the Answer to engage Spider-Man and test his abilities. At first, the Answer struggled, but each time Spidey attacked him, he gained the ability to counter him. The Black Cat jumped into the fight, but the Answer escaped, having taken both their measures.
Powers
His powers are the answer to whatever he needs at the time. At rest, he may not demonstrate any superhuman powers. However, in the middle of a fight, struggle, etc., he will develop whatever abilities he needs at the time to counteract other's powers and abilities (USUALLY only one or two powers at a time): superhuman strength, speed, durability, flight, formation of force fields, heightened senses, etc. Flight may be an ability he retains at all times. In some cases, this is a conscious effort, as when he deliberately enhanced his own hearing, and in other cases, it is his body's response to a situation. Also, in most cases, his powers respond almost instantly, although there have been situations when he has been surprised and overwhelmed before his powers could adapt.
Abilities He is highly intelligent and able to mentally determine the answer to a number of problems, without the use of his powers. He can analyze data (scientific, legal, physical, etc.) and discover solutions much more quickly than most.
Equipment His costume is specially designed so as to be virtually frictionless (presumably with the exception of the soles of his boots and the palms of his gloves) so that Spider-Man's webs will not stick to them.
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Spiderman, Black Cat*, Kingpin, The Hood
The Answer would be a direct counter to Spiderman champions, being able to counter evade. As the Answer fights and studies his opponent, his superpower would him to counter any beneficial buffs that the opponent has. For example, if the opponent activates a fury, the answer activates armor. If the opponent activates evade, the answer activates true accuracy. If the opponent activates armor, the answer gains armor break, etc. Based on his abilities, he would be limited in the number of counters he can activate at one time, or this can be an ability that is strengthened by his signature ability level.
As a young girl, Felicia Hardy saw her cat burglar father sent to prison, where he eventually died. Blaming crime lord Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime, Felicia vowed to destroy him. Fifteen years later, the adult Felicia became an accountant for Fisk Enterprises but spent her nights robbing Manhattan’s more prominent office buildings as the costumed Black Cat. When Mr. Moore offered to buy his way into the Kingpin’s organization with an inscribed stone tablet desired by Fisk, Felicia broke into Moore’s building, easily circumventing the security through a combination of skill and incredible luck, and stole the tablet from his office safe. On her way out, she encountered and battled Spider-Man; but despite his slightly greater agility, Spider-Man seemed plagued by bad luck, and she escaped. When video footage of their encounter made the news, police suspected they were partners in crime.
Intrigued, the Cat placed an ad in the Bugle, arranging a meeting with Spider-Man on a rooftop near the site of their battle. She brought Spider-Man wine and cheese and flirted with him, but their romantic reunion was interrupted by Elektra, who had been hired to retrieve the tablet. The Cat and Elektra battled, with the assassin gradually gaining the upper hand. Trying to calm the situation, Spider-Man webbed the Cat while he tried to talk to Elektra, who knocked him off the building; while the others were distracted, the Cat freed herself and made her escape.
Abilities:
Modified suit, Acrobatics, Martial arts, Claws, Thievery. Black Cat's choices of weaponry include her claws and rope that reacts the same way as Spider-Man's webbing. She also has superpowers, notably spreading bad luck on her foes (including Spider-Man most likely) and has enhanced physical Strength, Speed, and Stamina.
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Spiderman, The Answer*, Kingpin, Electra, Venom
Black Cat would be a great offensive attacker. Her claws would give her the ability to cause bleeds and her elusive agility would give her the opportunity to evade attacks. Because she is also a thief, she could temporarily steal buffs. Compares to Spider-Gwen, Black Panther, Black Widow
Azazel is the biological father of the hero known as Nightcrawler but far from being a paternal benefactor, he is instead a demonic antagonist who seeks world domination and fear - this, of course, made him an instant enemy of the X-Men.
Azazel claimed he was one of the oldest mutants, the leader of a group of demonic-looking mutants called the Neyaphem. He even claimed that he once battled Mephisto and others for the title of "Satan". Thousands of years ago, the Neyaphem held war against the Cheyarafim, a group of xenophobic mutants with angelic appearances. The Cheyarafim were victorious and banished the "demons" to a separate plane of existence, known as the Brimstone dimension.
Azazel was the only one who was able to breach the dimensional void for brief periods of time due to his teleportation powers, though he could use no other power, as he was still a prisoner. Attempting to find a way to permanently return to Earth, he began mating with strong women who had strange abilities, at least with looks and abilities other women didn't have because his children are linked to his dimension, and successfully birthing a Neyaphem takes a great physical strain. Eventually, the mutant warlord met Mystique in Germany, when she was married to a rich castle lord named Baron Christian Wagner. Mystique was introduced to Azazel, whom Christian knew as a business partner, and the two were instantly attracted to one another, and although she was hesitant to betray Christian, she gave in to Azazel and they became intimate. Not much later, Mystique became pregnant with Nightcrawler.
Powers and Abilities
Azazel has the ability to generate bolts and streams of paralyzing energy, as well as destructive energy which causes a form of disintegration and can disguise his appearance. Azazel also has the ability to mentally control individuals of inferior mental capacity, such as the monstrous Firedancers that occupy the Brimstone dimension.
Azazel can teleport like his son Nightcrawler, but without suffering from the limits of needing to see or know where he is going. Azazel also seems to be immortal as he has lived since biblical times, but it is possible that the Brimstone dimension has no element of time. His long lifespan has also allowed him to study swordsmanship to such a degree that he has become a near unparalleled master with blades. Azazel has also studied black sorcery, though he prefers to use swords rather than magic.
Weaknesses
As a weakness, he, and all other Neyaphem are negatively affected by the healing blood of the Cheyarafim which causes their body to begin to break down.
Azazel would have the teleportation abilities of Nightcrawler, but also as an offensive measure, being able to teleport and attack from long distances. He would also have the ability to stun and degenerate his opponents.
Little is known for certain about Mystique's early life. Due to the fact she can eliminate the outward signs of aging with her shapeshifting, it is not known how old she is. It is known that her powers first manifested when she was twelve years old, and that she had to "fight just to survive.
Raven Darkholme, (also known as Mystique), is the major villainess from the X-Men comics and media. She is a somewhat cruel and treacherous ally of Magneto who has worked as part of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants but has also taken over - being capable of even more radical thinking than Magneto at times.
She is one of the X-Men's most deceptive and cunning opponents, happy to do what it takes to get the upper-hand and ensure mutant supremacy - this ruthlessness has been displayed when she attempted to kill her own adoptive daughter Rogue and son Nightcrawler on numerous occasions.
Mystique is also quite happy to switch sides if it is in her interests and this combined with her formidable shapeshifting abilities serves to make her a very dangerous opponent.
Powers and Abilities:
Metamorphic Adaptation: After her first enhancement Mystique showed the ability to adapt her body depending on her situation at the time. She was able to camouflage her body according to her surroundings, shift her organs into her lower extremities, and mimic the textures of metals (when she took on the form of Magneto and his helmet). She also clearly stated that she was always naked and simply made her skin look and feel like other materials to fool others.
Enhanced Physical Attributes: Able to enhance her strength, speed, agility, durability, reflexes, and senses.
Accelerated Healing: Mystique's nature allows her to repair wounds and regenerate herself from minor to near death injuries in a short span of time, much faster than an ordinary human. She is capable of retaining a mimicked form even when drugged[82] or knocked unconscious.
Toxin & Disease Resistance: She has also developed resistance and immunity to toxins and diseases.
Psychic Defense: Mystique's nature also provides her with a natural defense against telepathic intrusion.
Master Martial Artist: Mystique is a highly skilled combatant. Her skills rival those of Black Widow and Captain America.
Weaknesses:
Appearance Limitation: Originally, it was clearly stated that Mystique's powers were limited to appearances only; she could not assume the powers of the people she morphed into or alter her body to adapt to different situations. Although Mystique’s powers were enhanced, Mystique could never duplicate the powers of other superhumans, and she still cannot duplicate the powers of the person she imitates: for example, when she turned herself into a duplicate of Nightcrawler, she did not gain the ability to teleport.
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Azazel*, Nightcrawler, Magneto, Emma Frost, Rogue, Sabertooth, Gambit, Wolverine
Though she isn't able to take on the physical abilities of other champions, she can morph to appear like other champions, thus confusing her opponent. She also has regeneration abilities and poison resistance, and also telepathic intrusion resistance, which would make her a good counter to Emma Frost.
Born in California, Betty was the only child of Air Force General Thaddeus Ross and his wife Karen Lee. After finishing school, Betty returned home to find out that her father was the head of the U.S. Defense Department’s top secret Gamma Bomb Project at an undisclosed desert base in Nevada. It was there that Betty met and fell in love with her future husband Dr. Robert Bruce Banner, the designer of the G-Bomb and supervisor of the project. Their romance was much to the dismay of General Ross, who believed Banner to be both physically and emotionally inferior.
Betty learned that her long association with the Hulk had left her dying from over exposure to gamma radiation. Abomination, seeking retribution after a massive defeat at the hands of the Hulk, learned of Betty's present state and used his own gamma-radiated blood for the transfusion, poisoning her, and leading to her death.
However she mysteriously reappeared with a new face and began to provide the Hulk with information under the code-name of Mr. Blue. Betty did not seem to want a relationship although she felt obliged to continue helping Bruce. This mysterious female version of Red Hulk first appeared when the Red Hulk had gathered a team of mercenaries to hunt down Domino.
Red Hulk's team of mercenaries Code Red found Domino in a bar located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. However Domino had been waiting for them and ambushed Code Red with X-Force. All the various team members paired off and began their individual battles with Wolverine facing Red Hulk. Wolverine slashed his claws across Red Hulk's eyes blinding him until his healing factor restored his eyesight. Wolverine was about to deliver the killing blow to Red Hulk and Red She-Hulk appeared blindsiding him. Red She-Hulk protected Red Hulk long enough in challenging Wolverine.
Powers and Abilities:
Intellect Espionage Marksmanship Master combatant Healing factor Energy absorption and discharges Superhuman Strength, Speed, Durability, Stamina, and Agility
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Hulk, Red Hulk, Domino, Punisher, Electra, Deadpool, She-Hulk
Red She-Hulks Intellect, combat skills, and energy absorption and discharges would make her a good counter to Domino, Iron Man (Infinity War), and Stealth Spiderman, giving her the ability to parry energy attacks that do not make physical contact.
Her only friend was a girl named Marsha, who was also an outcast due to her being overweight. After an encounter with the second Spider-Woman, Marsha pointed out that both Mary and the superheroine had the same hair color. She then spread the rumor that Mary was Spider-Woman, causing them to become suddenly popular.
During a popular girl's party, the entire suburb was taken from Earth and teleported to the planet Battleworld by the Beyonder, who was seeking Spider-Woman instead to join in his cosmic battle arena of superheroes and villains. Mary and Marsha ended up near the supervillain's base, where they were taken in by Doctor Doom. They fitted perfectly with Doom's plans, and he offered to give them both superhuman powers. They accepted, and Doom used alien technology to alter their bodies and transform them. Marsha became the fiery Volcana, and Mary became the powerful Titania. The experiment had grown her body, making her very tall and muscular, and giving her great superhuman strength and durability.
Titania and Volcana joined the villain faction of the war, during which Titania developed a rivalry with She-Hulk and a romantic relationship with the Absorbing Man.
Powers and Abilities
Due to undergoing Doctor Doom's mutagenic alteration process, Titania possesses various superhuman physical attributes.
Superhuman Strength: Titania possesses vast superhuman strength that has increased over the years due to intensive weight training. Titania was originally strong enough to lift about 85 tons and she can now lift about 100 tons.
Superhuman Stamina: Titania's highly advanced musculature generates considerably fewer fatigue toxins than ordinary humans. She can physically exert herself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before the build-up of fatigue toxins in her bloodstream begins to impair her.
Superhuman Durability: Titania's body is highly resistant to physical injury. She is capable of withstanding high caliber bullets, falls from great heights, tremendous impact force, and temperatures as high as 1,500 degrees Celsius and as low as -120 degrees Celsius without sustaining an injury.
Abilities
Titania is a formidable hand-to-hand combatant, having undergone training from the Champion of the Universe. She is particularly experienced in using street fighting techniques that allow her to make full use of her great strength.
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Dr. Doom*, She-Hulk, The Champion
Titania's superhuman attributes make her a formidable defender. Her stamina gives her the ability to shrug off fatigue and exhaustion debuffs, and her durability makes her resistant to physical damage, able to withstand huge impact. She also has resistance to extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures, such as frostbite and incinerate damage. She is a good counter to She-Hulk, Ant-Man, Captain America, Mephisto, and Iceman.
Greer Grant-Nelson was the recipient of two separate sets of superhuman abilities, one scientific and one mystical in nature. As a laboratory assistant to Dr. Joanne Tumolo, Nelson became involved in a physiological conditioning program that would enable a human being to attain his or her full physical and mental potential. Out of financial desperation, Dr. Tumolo had accepted private funding for the project from Malcolm Donalbain, an eccentric who planned to use her conditioning equipment in his nationwide chain of health clubs.
Not trusting the test subject that Donalbain had coerced her to use, Tumolo had Nelson secretly undertake the experiment alongside the other woman. Donalbain's test subject, Shirlee Bryant, and Greer Nelson emerged from the battery of treatments with superhuman physical capabilities. Dressed in one of Donalbain's specially designed cat costumes, Bryant died in a test of her abilities. Nelson donned a stolen costume, and calling herself the Cat, thwarted Donalbain's plans and forced him to commit suicide. Nelson soon learned that Tumolo had not been killed but had been hospitalized for apparent brain damage
Unknown to Nelson, Tumolo was a member of the Cat People, a race of humanoids magically evolved from cats in Europe during the Middle Ages. Prior to the explosion Donalbain had engineered, Tumolo had become aware of a plot by the subversive organization Hydra to steal a bacterial culture that had been developed by Tumolo's ancestors. Hydra had discovered the secret of Tumolo's ancestry and suspected her of possessing the formula for "The Final Secret."
Nelson put on her Cat costume and pursued them. Hydra agents fled from the Cat's attack, but during the confrontation managed to shoot her with "alpha radiation." To save Nelson's life, Tumolo and the Cat People mystically transformed her into the legendary half-human, half-cat warrior they called the Tigra. As Tigra, Nelson helped the Cat People defeat the Hydra agents.
Powers and Abilities
Feline Physiology: Tigra's feline physiology grants her a number of superhuman physical capabilities.
Superhuman Strength: Tigra possesses superhuman strength sufficient to lift about 10 tons, enough force to deform a 1 inch thick steel bar with ease. Her physical strength also extends, to a lesser degree, to her powerful leg muscles allowing her to perform a standing jump of 12 feet in height.
Superhuman Speed: Tigra can run and move at speeds superior to that of even the finest human athlete. Her powerful leg muscles and superhumanly strong bone composition enable her to reach speeds up to 60 miles per hour over short distances.
Superhuman Stamina: Tigra's advanced musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human. She can physically exert herself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in her blood begins to impair her.
Superhuman Durability: Tigra's bodily tissues are much harder and more resistant to physical injury than those of an ordinary human. Her body is able to withstand great impact forces and blunt trauma that would severely injure or kill a normal human, though she is far from invulnerable.
Superhuman Agility: Tigra's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. She can perform complex gymnastics routines with little effort.
Superhuman Reflexes: Her reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Regenerative Healing Factor: If Tigra is injured, she is capable of regenerating damaged tissue faster than an ordinary human. She can heal injuries as severe as broken bones within a matter of hours. She is unable to regenerate missing limbs, organs, or brain cells.
Superhuman Senses: Tigra's senses are about ten times as keen as an average human's, and about five times that of an average cat's. Tigra's eyesight extends into the infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. She has superhuman visual acuity. Her vertically-slit pupils allow a greater range of vision above and below her, which allows her to more easily detect the movements of an opponent. Tigra's hearing is sufficiently acute as to detect a sound pressure level change from 4 decibels to 6 dB at a range of 40 feet. With her highly developed sense of smell, she can selectively sort through various odors so as to follow a quarry's trail. She can detect subtle alterations in the composition of perspiration that reflect mood or emotions, and is highly sensitive to pheromones.
Fangs and Claws: Tigra's fangs and claws are extremely sharp and tough, enabling her to rend through a variety of substances including flesh, bone, wood, stone, and some types of metals.
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Hawkeye, Iron Man, Yellow Jacket, Invincible Woman, Thing, Human Torch
Tigra's speed, agility, and superhuman reflexes give her the ability to evade projectiles and possibly physical attacks. She also can cause bleed with her sharp claws, can regenerate if damaged physically, and has fatigue resistance. Her projectile evade makes her valuable against projectile champs.

Bio - James Hudson was born in Ontario, Canada. He was a leading petrochemical engineer and scientist for the Am-Can Corporation developing a powered exoskeleton suit presumably for use in the mining industry. When he learns that his work will be used for American military purposes, Hudson raids his workplace, steals the prototype suit and destroys the plans. He leaves the suit to be recovered, albeit without the vital control helmet, which he built before coming to the company, and fully expects to be sued and arrested for his act of sabotage. A secretary at Am-Can whom James forms a relationship with and eventually marries, named Heather MacNeil, leaves the company with James, and advises him to seek help from the Canadian Government. In exchange for protection against legal prosecution for the theft of the super-suit, the Minister of Defense assigns James to head up Department H, a secret branch of the Canadian Department of National Defense. As head of Department H, Hudson forms Alpha Flight as the superhero team for the Canadian Government, and refines his plans for the exoskeleton into an advanced battle suit with a vast array of abilities.
————————————————————— Signature Ability - “Quwrlln Upgrades” - James Hudson has been brought back from the brink of death with cybernetic upgrades from the Quwrlln alien race to serve as their homeworld’s involuntary protector in the event of Galactus’s arrival. These cybernetic upgrades provide full Immunity to Inverse Controls Debuffs, granting Guardian a 100% chance to immediately Purify the Debuff and then instantly gain 10-40% of his Missing Power Meter, based on his Signature Level. This Ability is Passive and is Immune to Ability Accuracy Modifications. Additionally, Guardian’s Quwrlln cybernetic upgrades can detect Galactus’s unique energy signature. At the start of the fight, if Guardian detects that his opponent has been or will be a Herald of Galactus, he gains a Permanent Passive Armor Up Buff which increases his Armor Rating by 1-100%, based on his Signature Level, for the remainder of the fight. (New Tag Suggestion - #HeraldOfGalactus - can include Dr. Strange, Punisher, Human Torch, Silver Surfer, and future champions yet to be added to the game)
Unique Ability - “Break the Sound Barrier” - Whenever Guardian dashes forwards or backwards he has a 20% chance to “Break the Sound Barrier” while doing so. Forward Dashes that “Break the Sound Barrier” are Unstoppable and are Guaranteed to be Critical. Backward Dashes that “Break the Sound Barrier” inflict a Disorient Debuff on the opponent, reducing the opponent’s Defensive Ability Accuracy and Block Proficiency by 50%, until they are successfully struck by Guardian. These Disorient Debuffs do not stack.
Basic Attacks & Animations - Basic Attacks - Copies the animations of Falcon’s Basic Attacks.
Heavy Attacks - Guardian delivers a powerful flying uppercut, similar in appearance to the heavy attack animation of Captain Marvel (MCU). If Guardian has a Graviton Field around him, successfully landing his Heavy Attack instantly ends the Graviton Field and inflicts a Shock Debuff on the opponent, dealing 40% of Guardian’s Attack as Direct Energy Damage over 5 seconds.
Blocking - Accustomed to fighting the giant beasts of Canada’s wilderness, Guardian gains a Passive 15% Increase to his Block Proficiency Rating when fighting against #Size:L and #Size:XL opponents.
Special 1 - “Northern Lights” - Guardian launches a powerful Graviton energy beam at his opponent from his hands. Successfully landing this attack has a 100% chance to inflict an Armor Break Debuff on the opponent, reducing their Armor Rating by 30% for 5 seconds. Successfully landing this attack resets the timers of any Shock Debuffs on the opponent.
Special 2 - “Head of Department H” - Guardian jumps in the air and punches the ground with enormous force, discharging a yellow sphere of unstable Graviton energy around him, that knocks back any opponent caught in its radius when it initially activates. Visually similar to Civil Warrior’s Special 1 Attack, with the same effective radius, unless it has been increased due to the effects of Guardian’s Synergy with Magneto (Both). This Attack activates a Passive Graviton Field that remains around Guardian (operating in a similar way to Mephisto’s Aura of Incineration) for 10 seconds after the Special Attack has concluded. While in a Graviton Field, the opponent incurs a Passive Slow Debuff, reducing the Ability Accuracy of the opponent’s Unstoppable and Evade Effects by 100%, and a Passive Enervate Debuff, preventing the opponent from gaining power when struck. Opponents with the #Metal tag also suffer a Passive Magnetism Debuff while in a Graviton Field. The Magnetism Debuff causes a Passive 30% Reduction in the opponent’s Ability Accuracy. Graviton Fields and their Effects do not stack with multiple activations.
Special 3 - “Weapon Alpha” - Guardian’s suit radiates Graviton energy and he begins to levitate off the ground, suspending himself from the Battlerealm’s planetary rotation. Time slows for an instant, and we see his opponent start to drift away as they are still tethered to the Battlerealm’s rotation. Time reverts to normal, and Guardian remains still as the Battlerealm passes by him in a blur. Guardian counts down from 3 on his fingers, and winds up a punch. The motion blur ends just as Guardian releases the punch, making contact with his opponent, and launching them across the fighting environment and into the wall. This Attack inflicts a Stun Debuff on the opponent for 4 seconds. Following this Attack, Guardian’s opponent is cornered with their back against the wall, copying Juggernaut’s Special 3 Attack Placement Effect. If Guardian had a Graviton Field activated upon Special 3 Attack Activation, this attack does 25% more Damage.
————————————————————— Synergies -
“Oh Canada!” - (Wolverine & Old Man Logan & Deadpool [Both] & Guardian) Wolverine & Old Man Logan & Deadpool [Both] - While under the effects of a Regeneration Buff or a Power Gain Buff, gain a 90% Resistance to Frostbite and Coldsnap Damage. Guardian - Guardian gains a 75% Resistance to Frostbite and Coldsnap Damage.
“Corporate Sabotage” - (Antman & Guardian) Antman - Scott Lang loves a good heist. The final hits of Antman’s Special 1 & Special 2 Attacks have a 100% chance to Steal one of his opponent’s Active Buffs and Passively apply their benefits to himself for 4 seconds. Guardian - Heavy Attacks inflict Power Steal, draining and taking up to 1 Bar of Power from the opponent. This Ability once used, goes on a 10 second Cool-Down Period, before it can be used again.
“Sonic Amplification” - (Black Bolt & Daredevil [Both] & Guardian) Black Bolt - Special Attack Damage increased by 35% against opponents with the #Symbiote tag. Additionally, activating a Special Attack has a 100% chance to Purify any Inverse Controls Debuffs. Daredevil [Both] - Opponents who have become Invisible, have their Physical Resistance Rating Passively Reduced by 25% for the duration of their Invisibility Effect. Guardian - Guardian gains an additional 10% chance to “Break the Sound Barrier” when dashing forwards or backwards.
“Fun With Magnets” - (Magneto [Both] & Guardian) Magneto [Both] - Magneto gains a Unique Passive Buff whenever he is fighting in one of the following Environments: Asteroid M, Savage Lands, and the Astral Plane. If he is fighting in the Asteroid M Environment, Magneto gains a Passive “Homo-Superior” Buff. This Unique Passive Buff causes Magneto to Passively inflict an aggressive Power Leak Debuff on his opponent whenever Magneto activates a Special Attack. Power Leak Debuffs drain 25% of the opponent’s Maximum Power Meter over 3 seconds. If he is fighting in the Savage Lands Environment, Magneto gains a Passive “Polar Inversion” Buff. This Unique Passive Buff grants a 100% chance to cause any Non-Unique Active Buff the opponent acquires to be instantly Nullified and replaced with a Debuff of the inverse effect for the same duration. For example, Regeneration would be Nullified and replaced with Degeneration, Armor Up would be Nullified and replaced with Armor Break, and so on. If he is fighting in the Astral Plane Environment, Magneto gains a Passive “Onslaught” Buff. This Unique Passive Buff causes all Attacks to deal an additional 2% of Damage Dealt as a Burst of Direct Energy Damage for every hit in Magneto’s Combo Meter. This effect can stack without limit. Guardian - The visual and effective radius of Guardian’s Graviton Fields are increased by 30%.
“Involuntary Cybernetic Upgrades” - (Nebula & Guardian) Nebula - When holding her block, Nebula gains 2 Passive Electroshock Charges at a time. Guardian - Whenever Guardian incurs an Armor Break Debuff, there is a 50% chance that his suit will release a Passive Graviton Field that remains around Guardian for the duration of the Armor Break Debuff. Graviton Fields and their Effects do not stack with multiple activations.
“Teammates” - (Wolverine & Guardian) All Champions - Increases the Perfect Block Rating of all the Summoner’s champions by 10%.

History

History
Abilities
He is highly intelligent and able to mentally determine the answer to a number of problems, without the use of his powers. He can analyze data (scientific, legal, physical, etc.) and discover solutions much more quickly than most.
Equipment
His costume is specially designed so as to be virtually frictionless (presumably with the exception of the soles of his boots and the palms of his gloves) so that Spider-Man's webs will not stick to them.

History:

History:
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Mystique*, Nightcrawler, Mephisto, Magneto
Azazel would have the teleportation abilities of Nightcrawler, but also as an offensive measure, being able to teleport and attack from long distances. He would also have the ability to stun and degenerate his opponents.

History

History:
Intellect
Espionage
Marksmanship
Master combatant
Healing factor
Energy absorption and discharges
Superhuman Strength, Speed, Durability, Stamina, and Agility
Usefulness in MCOC:
Synergies: Hulk, Red Hulk, Domino, Punisher, Electra, Deadpool, She-Hulk
Red She-Hulks Intellect, combat skills, and energy absorption and discharges would make her a good counter to Domino, Iron Man (Infinity War), and Stealth Spiderman, giving her the ability to parry energy attacks that do not make physical contact.

History:

History:

Bio -
James Hudson was born in Ontario, Canada.

Signature Ability - “Quwrlln Upgrades” -
James Hudson has been brought back from the brink of death with cybernetic upgrades from the Quwrlln alien race to serve as their homeworld’s involuntary protector in the event of Galactus’s arrival.
—————————————————————
Abilities, Attacks & Animations -
Unique Ability - “Break the Sound Barrier” -
Whenever Guardian dashes forwards or backwards he has a 20% chance to “Break the Sound Barrier” while doing so.
Basic Attacks & Animations -
Basic Attacks -
Copies the animations of Falcon’s Basic Attacks.
Heavy Attacks -
Guardian delivers a powerful flying uppercut, similar in appearance to the heavy attack animation of Captain Marvel (MCU).
If Guardian has a Graviton Field around him, successfully landing his Heavy Attack instantly ends the Graviton Field and inflicts a Shock Debuff on the opponent, dealing 40% of Guardian’s Attack as Direct Energy Damage over 5 seconds.
Blocking -
Accustomed to fighting the giant beasts of Canada’s wilderness, Guardian gains a Passive 15% Increase to his Block Proficiency Rating when fighting against #Size:L and #Size:XL opponents.
Special 1 - “Northern Lights” -
Guardian launches a powerful Graviton energy beam at his opponent from his hands.
Successfully landing this attack has a 100% chance to inflict an Armor Break Debuff on the opponent, reducing their Armor Rating by 30% for 5 seconds.
Successfully landing this attack resets the timers of any Shock Debuffs on the opponent.
Special 2 - “Head of Department H” -
Guardian jumps in the air and punches the ground with enormous force, discharging a yellow sphere of unstable Graviton energy around him, that knocks back any opponent caught in its radius when it initially activates.
Special 3 - “Weapon Alpha” -
Guardian’s suit radiates Graviton energy and he begins to levitate off the ground, suspending himself from the Battlerealm’s planetary rotation.

“Fun With Magnets” - (Magneto [Both] & Guardian)
Magneto [Both] -
Magneto gains a Unique Passive Buff whenever he is fighting in one of the following Environments: Asteroid M, Savage Lands, and the Astral Plane.
