Summoners, we are aware of an issue where the Summoner Sigil's Golden Circle Quest is not available to all players. We are continuing to investigate this. We will be sure to compensate for any missed Gold once we have fixed the issue.

So what is happening with alliances who missed aw matchmaking process due to the dodgy bug? We get screwed over for season now or what is happening anyone know?

    Same happened to us. We had someone due to leave after aq, so we held off on enlistment. Now we’ve missed it and our chances of plat3 have gone.

    You can enlist for the next war during war. I'd place the blame partially on the server crash, but also your officers.

    I missed on war even tho I enlisted a day earlier.

    Not if u have to make personnel changes
    You can, then re-enlist after the change, it is safer

    I enlisted while placements were on and it got cancelled by the game. What's your answer to that?

    This war should have been reset and placements moved for today, that way we get the war and lose the Tuesday to Wednesday war break.

    Yeah our alliance was enlisted long before maintenance and we found ourselves unlisted after maintenance.

    Same situation with our secondary alliance too

    This war needs to be cancelled. Compensation doesn’t cut it unless they are going to give us the tier rewards we are trying to give. Missing an entire war is not recoverable and is going to drop everyone who experience it like a rock.

    That’s an impact on a 6 week grinding process that includes potion/boosts and units for some.

    If this war isn’t fixed or people missing it aren’t just giving full points like the unicorn no team to enlist option then the rewards would need to be at least reflective of the shards and rank up materials missed from AW season ranks AND the other issues.

    Do the right thing Kabam and cancel this round before it starts later today.

    @Kabam Miike , this is the hugest of all the problems caused from todays bugs, and we all will be very appreciated, if you say us anything of what will you do to balance alliances, who managed, and not managed to enlist for the next war. Defence Phase is still going on, and Alliances who did not manage to enlist, now enlisted for the war, which matchmaking starts in 1 day and 7, or 8 hours, I don't actually remember.

    If this war takes place anyway, this will cause a huge unbalanced situation between Alliances, because one ally can jump from Platinum 4 to Platinum 2, and the other ally can fall down from Platinum 4 to Gold 2 the same way.

    Please do something, we need your smartest solution, we all know that you can do it the best way for all of the players.

    For all the guys saying you should have went for matchmaking early we where waiting for a summoner to join then we enlisted and it got cancelled so wouldn’t help.

    It would have, you can resist. After the next person enlists, if you had enlisted early and a crash happens the worse you have to face is being down a defender

    Enlisting earlier is not the solution of this problem. We were always enlisting in the very first minutes after claiming the rewards for the previous war, and it haven't caused any problem since today. Today we also managed to enlist, our officer did that somehow entering the game during the first hours of maintenance. But in the morning we woke up and saw that we are still not enlisted.

    Same happened to many alliances, who enlisted during the attack phase. So basically this is also Random-situation, some allies managed to enlist, some did not.

    There’s hundreds of alliances that were un-enlisted from war!

    The simple and FAIR solution for ALL alliances is for this war to not count against the season/war ratings (like how wars register in the offseason)...
    and add an extra war onto the end of the season.

    I think the most fair compensation for this war enlistment bug would be that, all alliances that got un-enlisted from war get 170,000 points times the tier multiplier they are in.

    They can always compensate alliances that are participating in todays war with heals and revives.
