WAR SEASON SHOULD BE CANCELED !

This is the worst bug ever! My alliance has been platinum 4. This bug has now made us miss wars by unlisting us even though we were enlisted. Now a gold 1. This is total ****. Kabam should cancel this season and start a new one. And give every ally their rank rewards from last season. That is the totally fair thing to do. Ally losing out on their position is unacceptable.

    We don't need to cancel the whole season just the last war. It's the only way to make it fair.

    Remove all points scored from current war and last war, return all used items from said wars, problem solved.

    No way. Kabam should give the rank rewards before this bug affected. It's a lot of struggle to get some good position. And lost more units glory and loyalty to get this place. And now we sllipped down.

    Last season we were at g3. This time we were in G2.

    Perhaps Kabam should give alliances the best rewards between last season rank and rank before the bug wracked the game ?

    Missed 2 wars because of this issue and now our Bracket is Gold 1 from Plat 3 .Are you gonna take any action .

    just end the season and give rewards to every ally based on their standings and tier prior to Nov 8 issue

    That’s bollocks mate we’ve missed a war too was in P4 85th and dropped to P4 300th so your not in G1 surely not

    Last season we were at g3. This time we were in G2.
    And if they just gave out last seasons rewards again and still let this season finish, the combination of both sets would more than make up for the drop just about any alliance would have seen for problems with 2 wars. I don't see that happening but it would definitely cover any losses. The major issue lies with anyone that changed alliances right before the cutoff as they won't even qualify for rewards this season now

    It’s maybe 12 fights, maybe half an hour per war. Deal with it. No solution will suit everybody.

    This is now 3 wars we were enlisted. And we got kicked out again by being unlisted by the bug.. How is this fair? I dont care if your ally was not affected. There are too many allies losing position in rank. We are now in the 600's of gold 1 .. WTH?? NOW WE WILL PROBABLY BE GOLD 2 AFTER THIS CURRENT WAR ENDS. YOU GUYS THINK THATS OK? NO WAY! CANCEL THE SEASON . GIVE EVERY ALLY THEIR RANK FROM LAST SEASON

    Wrong , cancel the war season. You wasted items whoopty doo. So did everyone else. Your all is good, but many ally have been screwed over by this bug. P4 ally to gold 2. Horrible results. Cant be allowed to continue. CANCEL THE WAR SEASON.

    Idk, what the solution should be, but this needs to be fixed, we went from G2 9xx to G3 now. All the hard work, went to waste. This is unacceptable. If you guys have issues keep the game down until all of it is fixed.

    Ironically I never see any issues when it comes to purchasing items, heck they even get updated every day. But you can’t seem to fix war enlisting issues.

    Last season we were gold 2 this season well into gold 1.... so how would this solution be fair to alliances who have worked harder and pushed for more this season.

    Timoe do you understand how you got there? Their are many ally not able to even play!. So those ally accumulate 0 POINT'S. So your ally can climb rank alot better and faster, when half the other ally cant even PLAY!. so we get 0 points and move back in rank, while you guys who get to play move up in rank. That is not fair. Get it?

    I say cancel the season right now and gives every alliance the rewards from the rank they were on friday + 1. So if an alliance was gold 1 on friday they get plat 4 rewards, a gold 2 alliance get gold 1 rewards etc.

    I'm all for a fair compensation for everyone but I hope they won't revert anything just because you're whining like a little kid.

    Sure, you're paying for a service and you expect that service to perform as advertised. Fair enough. But nothing's infallible, and screaming "that's not fair" on the forums and insulting other members is going to make zero difference to to your situation and the eventual compensation package.

    Best Solution:

    Stop war Season Prior to November 8th. Let current standings at that time be the final standings. Remove the 5 war rule such that anyone that is a member of an ally at that time gets the war season rewards.

    I think this is fair, as it is even for everyone, and then negates all wars after that point.
