Only if Cap is sig 200 otherwise Blade.

Contrary to some of the YouTubers advice, CapIW doesn't necessarily need to be sig 200
I took mine To R5 at around sig 80 - granted he's a few signs higher now, but I was destroying most UC/EQ content at sig 80+
