Is it Kabam's business plan to spend valuable time sending out all these catalyst and crystal pay offers when we still don't have our AW season rewards or Compensation yet? Can a moderator please touch on this? Where are the priorities here?

    The offers are automatic, they are not spending time doing so.

    That makes complete sense.. they generate revenue with the offers.. they make no money from war rewards..

    The offers are planned and programmed in advance. I'm sure they don't want to change any more programming that may cause other problems. If u don't want to buy anything until it's fixed that's your choice. Other ppl realize they r working on resolving the issues created by the outage and know it takes time. The game should continue while they figure things out.

    They cancelled maintenance, so clearly that is not an issue. IMO it is a questionable message sent by still trying to milk the whales when they haven't taken care of their mistakes yet.

    Think about it this way... If the outage didn't happen and AW season didn't end early, that offer would have popped up anyway. Much like the content, the offers are programmed in like what Lormif and Neotwism said. Issues or not, it's still there. Those offers have no bearing on what is or isn't happening in the game right now. Bad timing? Sure, but you normally wouldn't be waiting for AW seasons rewards right now anyway.

    Offers are planned and scheduled far in advance and aren't related to or taking time away from work on season rewards or compensation.
