Eq uncollected Anihilus boss

Can someone explain to me why anihilus is gaining rage buffs when he is still affected by soul imprisonment? These are not passive buffs, they are active buffs. Seems like a bug?

    Never mind. Looks like kabam at its finest included a 100% chance that can’t be stopped due to aar. Guess I will have to nullify them.
