Rewards that were unable to be claimed due to issues on November 8 are being sent out via in-game mail on November 15. Alliance War season rewards will be sent out on approximately November 20. Leaving your Alliance prior to this will result in missing out on your season rewards. General compensation for issues related to the game downtime are still being evaluated and will be sent at a later date.
So what happens if you get kicked as the alliance wants a mate in or a higher rated player the rewards still should be issued

That’s just for a Quest that you happened to be in at the time they brought it down for maintenance.
So it would be different from person to person (or none at all for a lot of ppl).

Separate from the “unclaimable” rewards that had been stuck in ppl's Mail/Stash (which I think are being sent out today as well)

And separate from general Comp, AQ, AW, etc that is all still to come (the BIG Stuff)

It’s what you couldn’t claim before the hamster’s escaped from their cages. Your not the only one who got that in game message. I got one as well.
