    No. It's not a power lock, it is a enervate debuff.
    Both do different things. For the enervate debuff, it just doesn't give the opponent power when you hit them

    No,Gwenpool doesn't have powerlock but she has enervate,which prevents opponent from gaining power from gwenpool's attacks. It doesn't stop passive powergain

    No its not, gwenpool's "power lock" is not power lock, it is enervate, where it prevents the opponent from gaining power when being struck by you. It will not stop the opponent from gaining power by them hitting you or otherwise through power gain abilities.

    Yah enervate is the new power lock, they ain’t giving no champ power lock ever again I believe

    Enervate prevents enemy from gaining power through contact. Hyperion gets his power through a buff.
