I love the concept of these Nexus Crystals. I hope that they're released for different types of crystals as well. I'd happily spend 4k 4-star shards in order to get my choice of one of 3 4-stars

Please kabam, DO NOT lock the nexus crystals in the future behind the summoner sigil and make nexus crystals accessible for all players 🙏. In fact, i believe the nexus system should be implemented in every single existing crystal for no extra cost hands down 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Just some quick math:

300 units gets you 2 nexus crystals, which is basically: 6 champs ... pick/keep 2.
or
300 units gets you 5 phc ... which is just .. 5 champs. keep all 5.

So ... for same price, you get 1 extra champ to choose from .. but only keep 2 of them?

PHC are already a really bad price ... those nexus ones are just clever traps in disguise .. *shrug*

What they should do is just "upgrade" the PHC to the nexus crystals .. since that's what they really should have been the entire time.

It is actually a pretty good deal, for 50% more you get to pick from 3 champs, if they took this and made a cav crystal with it I am pretty sure it would make a lot of people happy.

The options that appear are completely random. While our players obviously have Champions that they think are more desirable than others, the Game does not. The chances for any Champion to appear is the same.

Well my wife opened 9 Blade feature crystals (25% chance to get it in 5*), by batch (5, 2) and by one, in 2 crystal limited offers, and she never get it. It is REALLY the only champion she wants (in 5*) no other god tier and she is still waiting for it. I got it twice in a batch of 3. I know people who got it in only 1 try.
With all the 5* (and 6*) champions in the pool the chance to get a champion you want (new or dupe) is under 1%. I don’t consider the feature and dungeon crystals that are a waste of extra shards in my opinion (from my tries).
So I think it is a positive step and should be generalized on the other (basic) crystals as soon as possible. Is there any plan on them, at leadt on 5* (for veteran or Cavalier players who clearly don’t care about what is under 5*) ?

By the way, a couple of years ago I suggested to ask some units (or shards) for the ability of replace the result of an opening by another random opening. The nexus is another way for the same idea.

I bought all three crystals and I got to four stars that seems like a pretty good deal to me saying that a 4-star cost about $10 via info I've received from Prof Hoff I think this is a really good deal in a really good opportunity for the game team to make a difference maybe even offering more of these as a trade-in option in the summoner sigil maybe trading in a couple of premium hero crystal shards in exchange for a Nexus premium hero Crystal

They are testing the market, I actually think this is a great idea and will soon come to the 5* crystal. There is nothing worse than pulling an unwanted champ and having no options. This actually lets you spin 3x each crystal and then pick the best outcome. As for unit pricing maybe make it 50 units more only, not sure where the sweet spot is but I'd be much happier if I could get 3 chances each crystal rather than 1. Either way it is an interesting idea and I'm glad they are trying to show some innovation. Imagine opening a crystal with 3 God Tiers and you don't have any of them....choices choices!

Either way I like this idea and hope to see more implementation of it.

Nvm, just tried it at the cost of a couple more units.

I bought one crystal and got a 4 star Vision (AoU)
I wouldn't mind seeing this implemented into 4/5 star crystals
If you need a dupe, you could choose someone. If you don't have that character, you can choose them. If you want a god tier, you can choose them. I would rather have a choice then a chance at getting a bad champ.

I really like the idea of these, and agree that they will be very desirable for higher-level crystals. I'll be pretty surprised if they implement this on crystals that don't contain more than one star level, though. If they do, I bet the cost premium will be quite a bit higher.
