in Bugs and Known Issues
One of my favorite attackers.. My issue is his first special is suppose to transfer all damaging debuffs even when blocked or avoided.. I have to say this isn't true... Although I had no damaging debuffs I should still cause degeneration if the attack is blocked or avoided but that is not the case.

    He can only degen if the sp1 lands he can transfer damaging debuffs dont include voids as not damaging debuffs if his sp1 dont make contact or does
