Practise bosses

Having a way to practice boss fights, (like 6.2 champion) without doing the whole quest and being able to use unlimited 'practise' revives... would seriously improve my mental and physical health.

There is always dueling COWHales champion for that. Strongest the champion available afaik for duel practice. Duel him for practice. Most use his one as a test dummy for evasion and trying stuff out
