Archangels poison

Why does Archangels info on his abilities say that he has a 0 percent to poison with his s1 and negative 40 percent with his s2? Is this a bug? Must i have him awakened? Both my 3 and 4 star has this.

No, not a bug, check his abilities again, it says 25% increased chance to poison for each bleed effect on target
