So what exactly does this mean?

Like now exactly does it scale? Because normally when it's worded like this that means it's alright the value as presented so does it only start scaling after you reach 100 or something?

Edit: Nevermind, misinterpreted the question.

When force field is at 100, you gain 1560 attack. It increases by percentage with force field. Ie. if you have 200 force field charges, you will gain 3120 attack. 50 charges, 780 attack.
