Who to R4? Thing or Cap IW? None awakened

So who to R4 of those 2 or wait for Quake if I ever get her? Cause right now I only have a 4*

Do you have The Champion, Heimdall, Angela and Hela for synergies? You can run Thing with The Champion alone but it's a bit too risky. If you had the synergies for Thing I'd go for him since Cap IW is unawakened.
