2016 tech 3-4 rank up gem

I have a 3-4 tech gem I want to use on Labyrinth of Legends Ultron but the game is saying I can’t use it. Why is that if he is a 2016 tech champ. I’ll wait for your excuse for an answer or you’ll delete my post as always

    They said it's because he's not a champ you can obtain via normal methods or something like that. Doesn't make sense, it is what it is. Not like a R4 LOL Ultron is going to break the game.

    Can't remember where it was said but it's definite that LOL Ultron doesn't work with the 2015/6 gems.

    I spent mine (across all 4 variants) on Vision, Howard, and Civil Warrior. Free R4s for better arena grind.

    (I generally just use all of them early since most of the 2015/6 champs will never see R5 so it doesn't really matter who I use them on. I do have a 2016 Cosmic saved for Hyperion, and 2016 Science saved for Quake though. The rest... Whatever lol)

    Still think thats bs, like r4 lol ultron=5* SW or whateva, still got 2x tech gem but no option

    He wasnt released traditionally or available in a crystal so he doesn't count for 2016.

    But yet you can use that gem on OG Vision. A champ you have to buy.
