Arena crystal unit drop rate close to zero (at least for me )

What a coincidence there's a gifting event and I get 15 units out of 50 crystals !
Who else has this issue ?

    And 30 units away from my next GGC I get 0 units from my last 10 arena crystals

    I've had no problems. I've gotten around 200 - 300 units from 100,000 - 140,000 battle chips. It's just bad RNG my friend.

    Open more crystals maybe. Getting 0 units out of 10 crystals is very common.

    Multiple 10 crystal openings with nothing but gold. I’ve never gone this long without getting units. Usually get 15 units like 80% of the time. It’s pretty noticeable now.

    Seems a fairly common problem when the gifting event is on. Always seems to happen for me as well.

    i only open basic arena crystals now uncollected crystals has been only giving me gold and drop rates been quite below average in basic crystals as well and i dont remember when did i get last units from an uncollected crystals .!!

    Rng will get better in few days when gifting event ends it’s been really bad since the event stsrted

    Arena Crystals have not been changed; their drop rates are still the same and can be found in the tab where you obtain and open them.
