Question concerning gifting ranked reward's

Will I still receive rank rewards if I haven't reached the latest milestone/required points. I put in a lot of points for my alliance just not as much as the spenders and would be very upset if I didn't get rank rewards just because I couldn't put in as much money as others. >.>

    This is very concerning. If there are cheaters using multiple accounts and bots/mods to win or exploit the game is it not on the same level as sharing an account, which is stated as not being fair? Lvl 27 4* with only 2200 PI getting those numbers is absolutely ridiculous.
