This is his opinion, I have my own all I know is I don’t use anyone’s list but mine when I decide to rank up champs and I believe a lot of people do the same they use there own list and judgement.
I believe Doctor Strange is underrated. Him sitting next to Ebony Maw seems ridiculous as he has still good utility: health steal, armor break, armor up, buff nullify, fury, power gain, etc. With his awakened ability and his synergy with CAIW and Symbiote Supreme gives him so much extra damage in buff-heavy fights. He should be bumped to at least pretty useful tier.
Storm has been underrated as well. With her awakened ability, her damage of her SP2 can be insane. She can hit as high as CAIW when the opponent has 2 bars or more without needing to ramp up or anything. Speaking of CAIW: he has a synergy with her that increases special attack damage by 20%! There are a lot more synergies that makes optimal use of that (mutant advancement comes to mind) or bumps her ability accuracy (Sunspot and Cable). I consider her low demigod, but not higher than that.
Another surprising one is Green Goblin. I'm going to be speculative here, but I think this champion is like a Doc Ock 2.0., meaning you need a specific play-style and skill to keep his madness and cunning charges at a good balance to get maximum benefit. With his sig at a high sig level and the right synergies (Venom, a Spider-Verse champion), he can be pretty good. He certainly stacks up a lot of debuffs, including poison, working very well with the despair mastery. Pretty useful tier I would say, low demigod might push it too much.
Kingpin is like Ronan: if you get inflicted by non-damaging debuffs, he can convert it to rage and smash the defender to pieces. Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Mr Fantastic: just some match-ups this year that people had surprising good performances for him. His synergy with The Hood, a decent champion certainly with Ghost, makes that rage conversion chance to go up even higher. He also get rage when a champion evades his attacks, which is okay I guess. Pretty useful to low demigod I think.
I think Yondu is underappreciated. He can bleed, he can armor break when bleed immune (IMIW, Colossus!), his yaka arrows are non-contact (Korg!), he has some power control (-10% less power gain per debuff), he can remove armor up buffs (Red Skull) or has armor & block penetration, heal block and extra SP2 damage the longer the fight. So he has some stuff in his toolbox that makes him quite useful and it is not fair he is at the same spot as Punisher 2099 or RR.
Phoenix is another one. I don't think she needs any explanation. Same thing with Killmonger (how dare you @Seatin!). His synergies with Void, WS and ST are just insane. Really underappreciated!
First of all, Seatin does appreciate Killmonger’s utility, but is realistic enough to acknowledge his lack of damage. Second of all, Yondu’s yaka arrow attacks are light attacks, whilst his medium attacks are in fact contact based. I’d say throwing an sp2 in a shielded Korg with Yondu isn’t the best idea either. Yondu is a nice character, but has a horrid damage output. Kingpin is nithing like Ronan. Ronan has the potential to cheese extremely hard opponents, whilst Kingpin hasn’t ever even seen the light of day when it comes to endgame content. Green Goblin is a horrible champion overall with no solid utility or purpose, but also a very lacking damage output. Doc Ock meanwhile is a powerful control champion that compensates his lack of damage with rock solid utility, although I find him to be inferior to Dr Doom when it comes to power control. Overall I have no big problems with your conclusions, just with your premises.
Now to add my own opinion, I’d say Ghost Rider is a horrible champion, overrated. He really lacks in both damage and utility and his health steal does not make up for his useless situational utility.
Agree to disagree. Killmonger's utility and synergies make him absolutely god tier. That is like saying Void isn't good because of his damage.
Alright, not good for Korg, but there are many more match-ups that benefit from having non-contact attacks (thorns nodes for instant). In terms of attack rating, Yondu is right in the middle. He has all kinds of nice tricks: heal block, bleed/AB, stealing AU buffs etc. I wouldn't say he's top dog but compared to Punisher 2099 he's absolutely better than that. Lagacy considers Yondu on par with IMIW, which is clearly exaggerated.
Kingpin is a niche character. Vision Aarkus is just made for Kingpin. You can get unlimited debuffs he can convert into rage and once that happens he's an absolute beast. It is just very situational: you need to get debuffs (in most cases you need to get struck, which you don't want), those debuffs are preferably non-damaging (so it won't hurt if it doesn't convert into rage) and there needs to be a lot of them. This year had a lot of those match-ups.
Green Goblin needs a lot of skill, you need to intercept/parry just right to keep the charges in balance. He's really a champion that is focused on his special attacks and sig. He can do a lot of stuff but nothing really exceptionally good: he can do power control, tank special attacks, regen, weaken, incinerate and poison. He benefits from despair mastery because he inflicts a lot of debuffs. So nothing spectacular that warrants something like demigod, but better than his current tier.

No matter what Seatin says, Corvus has to be top 2 in the game right now. My top 5 would be Corvus, Nick Fury, Arc angel, Hyperion and Namore.
