Decent mystic needs to go to sp3 before doing damage , not suicide friendly, my least used r5/65 out of 20 but from mystic only dr doom and claire are better so worth ranking

He is situational but in the situations you'd use him, he is amazing. So when it comes to champs with buffs, he is a powerhouse. Nyale was right, you wanna try to get him to sp3 which is why going against buff heavy champs is important. After sp3 he does insane bleeds that melt champs. While in his second stance he can tank sp3 and if you use sp2 after sp3 while still having all the buffs on, he does massive damage and steals power. He is one of my favorite champs to use.

My 6* is easily my favourite champion. He works best when he can nullify buffs, Mystic dispersion is highly advised arguably necessary. Also his bleed from the 3rd phase works well with deep wounds though he is good for converting buffs from Groot and King Groot as bleed immunes. In fights without buffs it takes longer to build power due to his passive power mechanic, but once you get to that sp3 the bleeds and if you time his phase to re-apply the fury of his 3rd phase his damage is very enjoyable.
His second phase is often overlooked but can tank sp3 saved my ass when I haven't been able to bait Hyperion or stagger his power gain (will be honest the dupe isn't NEEDED but it definitely picks up the slack with RNG applying stagger if you cant be aggressive enough).

Masteries help him a lot especially MD, fights without buffs are longer but once you do get to sp3 you ae cooking with gas. One of the best answers for Champion, Medusa, Anhilus IMO. Hope any of this information helps but I'd recommend watching Seatin's or Lagacy's vids and see if his play style is something you enjoy. To answer your question he is very supreme but do some homework on him to see if you think you'd enjoy him (I'd recommend doing that for any champ).

If you have the option in a fight, I would recommend waiting to fire off the SP3 until you have some Genetic Potential built up (the more the better). This will convert into Power after you use the SP3 and make it easier to build up to another SP3 or fire off multiple SP2s before the Genetic Blessings end.
