5* or 6* Rank up?

Question for Opinions:

I have the following champs as 6* and 5*. All the 5* are awakened and all the 6* are not:
1)Gladiator Hulk.
2)Captain America IW
3)Havok

Should i focus on the 6* versions? Or the 5* versions?

I have them all at at least r4. CapIW has to be high sig so definitely the 5* and in my opinion he’s the best of the 3 champs. The other 2 are very good unawakened and are worth ranking up as unawakened 6*s.
