It's half and half, very good prestige though. He's becoming an easier defender, he's too easy at this point. He'll need mystic dispersion to really do something since the opponent can just manipulate his power. His prestige is very good for a r4 though.

He's still annoying with md 5, unless u bring a specific champs to deal with him

Md3 he can probably do something. Md4 and 5 he'll put up a challenge sometimes.

so how much does the dupe contribute to his effectiveness as a defender? i know the description but it doesn't really seem that beneficial. i have md 5, so it may be worth it?

It's kinda helpful not to die fast from energy based special attacks for some champs but not that u wouldn't r4 him when he's unduped, he's still great

Md5 is perfect, he'll probably be able to do something if the enemy doesn't have a power control champs or iceman. His dupe just makes him block more energy damage. (Doesn't really do much but help for prestige) it's more of an offense thing really, helps take less limbo damage if you block before her limbo activates. Really useful actually on attack with his sp2.

Also, if they don't have other astral evade counters, like elektra and x23's heavy attack or drax's dash attack.
