Explain to them you have a game account but your email account was deleted and you need to change it. They will ask you for authenticating information they can use to verify it is actually your account. It is generally questions like the in-game ID, when you started playing, and your most recent in-game purchases if any. Stuff only you would know. If you can satisfy their questions or can provide some other means of authenticating your ownership of the account, support can help you get your account back.
You can always continue to just input that old email address into the LOGIN field to run the game. It is basically just a username and password for the game itself. It doesn’t have to actually be a valid email (unless you need Support Help for your account, etc, etc).
But just to run the game, treat them as just text fields that are Username/Password. So long as that is what you had used to register your account.
ALTHOUGH, what do you mean by “WANT IT BACK” ? Where did it go ? Did you give it away to someone else (against the Terms of Service).
