Add rank up mats for eh dungeon store. Then you'll see everyone run through the minimum every time.

Make the 2 teams work as 'one' 6 man team by allowing synergies to work across players. This would allow your heimdall to save your team mates champs and would also allow the full FF synergy to work in dungeons.

Increase artifacts, ~3k for reaching 18 milestones just seems too low. Increase it so at least you can get a crystal after each monthly set, instead of waiting between sets.

Rewards have to be worth the time invested. They are 100% not worth it.
