    4 p.m. PST is 7p.m. EST.
  • Even though that person is in US Eastern Timezone (or maybe whatever equivalent longitudinal country in South America), doesn’t necessarily mean they know what PST and EST stand for. (as well as for those people in other countries maybe not knowing either).

PST = US Pacific Standard Time.
EST = US Eastern Standard Time (3 hours ahead of PST)
(* without getting into the PDT and EDT summer versions when on Daylight saving time)

Anyways, should be started now (12 minutes ago). His original post was still with an hour before the event start time.

    It's up
  • Is it gonna be 1 energy across the board ? Or gonna require 1/2/3 energy, on potentially multiple paths ?? (As if doing all levels of monthly EQ for Acorns ain’t enough)

We have different time zones because the earth rotates
Actually, we have different time zones because the Earth is round and the Sun is approximately a point source of light. If the Earth didn't rotate, we'd still have time zones. The day would be 8760 hours long, but we'd still have time zones.
did you really have to type this?

A guy on internet told me that the Earth is flat!
I’d like to think the earth is more of an octagon.

Tbf, if the earth didn’t rotate, we would be looking like Mercury, and there would be minimal, if any, life. Certainly not intelligent life to even create time zones.

Tell him with all the CO2 being pumped into the atmosphere, it'll be fizzy again in no time.
