Now that update is out, Cull Job was not Dull but his block is absolutely Null.

Hey Kabam, The update looks kind of ok from what I had expected, kudos to that however his block proficiency is really bad for a huge dude, the reduced ceiling of the damage output should be compensated by adding a little block so he could be decent playable character in todays meta.

My idea for rebalancing was to start him out at a higher block prof and as he gains charges the block prof is reduced until at 10 it brings him to where he currently stands. You could even explain his poor block prof with a simple throwaway profile line like “As Cull gains charges he becomes a more reckless fighter focusing more on damage output than his own self preservation”
