Voodoo visual bug?

So what's with the flashing icon with dr.voodoo when yr holding block? I'm assuming it's a bug since kabam just did an update... surprise surprise haha. Cant pause the screen to see what it is

I think it’s probably his blocking resistance to energy damage.
