Black iso market not refreshing

So I went to the black iso market today to get a few premium crystals and when I looked it showed I couldn't buy any. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm a little angry about this because I knew today was reset for it and it won't let me get them

Last week was reset. It resets every 2 weeks
