Love is a battlerealm gulk

Can someone explain why below 10% epic gulk just continues to regenerate constantly while I'm attacking and then this "4 second passive stun" does nothing because whenever I use the heavy to knock the champ out it just regenerates their health EVERYTIME! ****.

It reminds me a little of that Deadpool quest where everything was bizarre...weird buffs, odd interactions. All fine...

That one almost had me throw my phone. I had died to him but swore I triggered the LMD off. Sure enough I used my heavy with my second champ and bam, LMD was gone and it was the hurt locker
