X23 vs Civil Warrio

I'm confused by something ..

Isn't regeneration considered a defensive ability?

I was using X23 vs Civil Warrior .. chaulked up over 120 hits on the combo ... not 1 regen proc'd ... O.o

Civil warrior armor up ability lists reduction in Offensive ability accuracy ... so .. it shouldn't be affecting that, right ?

When she is hitting its offensive based but when she is being hit its defensive

Defensive abilities trigger from getting hit, offensive triggers from hitting, the regen you were failing to trigger was from hitting and is therefore subject to offensive aar, if he was hitting you it wouldn’t be subject to it

X23 has two Regen
Offensive Regen when she attacks opponent
And defensive Regen when she gets attacked
I honestly didn't think it mattered untill this post
