Easy fix for Iron Fist, balancing out the change of armor break.
"Past [2-3] armor breaks inflicted to the enemy, gains +[X] critical damage boost for every extra armor break added"
Once figured out the numbers, comes out pretty easy to pull. Whereas before the armor breaks would lower armor to negative and inflict more dmg, now the critical damage gain covers for the extra armor breaks which can't go past armor once it reaches 0.
IF will work exactly like before (if numbers are scaled correctly) and it will do so under the flat value system without the need of any change or tweak.
