Iceman or Guillotine 2099 to Rank 4?

Toughest rank up decision I've had in a while. I usually run Map 5 and with some variation of R4 Medusa, Warlock, Killmonger, Venom The Duck and Quake (none of them awakened). Considering going for Cavalier soon (though I probably won't, lol), and may get back into AW in a season or two.
I know Iceman has double immunity, and the ice armor can be clutch. But his damage hasn't been the best for me (unless I'm missing something). Guillotine 2099's damage is amazing after she's taken a digi-soul, and her synergy with Warlock is insane.
What do you guys think?
