Month changed lost a sure 3 star champion Nebula

Hi to all and have a good new month ! My problem is that the month changed and i lost a sure 3 star champion nebula, im new in this game and is so unfair, at least put the champion in start of september i want to communication with someone responsible to resolve this issue thanks

To whomever this may concern. Today (August 31, 2017, Thursday) I logged in for my daily calender prizes and ALSO NEVER received my 3 to 4 star Nebula "Special Crystal????!!!!???! I have spent some good amount of money on Marvels Contest of Champions just in the month of August alone! Just because I did NOT have access to internet or WiFi for awhile and then got back on my account begging to middle part of the month of August, does this mean I should be punished by not receiving the last prize on August 31st?

The monthly login champ is like 3 days before the end of the calender so if you logged in today excepting to get it you provably should have played more attention to the calender, unless you logged in on the reward day which then you probably encountered a bug.

It's the way it has always been. There were 4 grace days this month and to not get Nebula means you didn't log in for what, at least 7 days?

I'm also linked to Google games and not primarily linked to the Kabaam account link. Is there a way I can get a 4 star Nebula with the money I have spent just in August alone (and Agent Venom being so elusive and hard to obtain for me in Arenas)? Thank you.

The calendar requires you to log in daily to guarantee all of the prizes. It starts at the beginning of each calendar month, and you have until the last day of that month to get all of the rewards. If you miss a day, then it burns one of your "extra" days in the month. Some months have more extra days than others.

If you cannot log in for 28 days in a month, then there is nothing Kabam will do. Unless, of course, the game crashes for several days preventing people from logging in (which has never happened).

Kabam also pays no extra attention because you spent money. Unless your contributions directly resulted in their CEO's ability to buy a new Ferrari, you're just another player in the crowd.

No, there isn't. If that was the case then others would make the same claim. Just try not to miss the calendar and work hard in the arena

I should add that I've never missed a login day, so I cannot confirm how the streak resets if a day is missed.

No... it doesn't get restarted you just get set back 1 day

No it doesn't. If you miss a day it lops off a day at the end of the calendar. You could have missed 3 days in August and still collected the entire calander.

That's how the calendar works. You have to log in to get the rewards. If you want to describe it as a punishment I can't stop you, but under that definition of punishment the game punishes you all the time. You are punished for being slow to block. You are punished for having a smaller roster than another player. You are punished for being in a lower alliance than another player. If you don't defeat the opponent before they deal too much damage you are punished by having your champion knocked out. You are punished for sleeping if your energy caps out.

If only you could play the game 24 hours a day you'd own all the basic and featured champions, but the game punishes you for being unable to do so. Every reward with a prerequisite and every combat victory is a punishment for every player that fails to achieve those requirements.

It is a bleak way to view the game, and life in general. I don't recommend it.

A little problem/issue /question I still have with the calendar/not getting 3 to 4* Nebula... here's the thing... so why did the calender give me every prize (all of the daily log in prizes) from the 1st all the way up to like the 30th of August but, yet I log in on August 31st and I don't get the Nebula prize? Wish I could speak with an administrator concerning this as I REALLY LOVE AND ENJOY THIS GAME AND AM VERY ADDICTED TO THIS GAME!

If you got everything before and after Nebula, then it means you didn't get the log in crystal. Make sure it's not in the special crystal section of the crystal page. If it's not there then you have an issue.

Kabam Pertinax

Hey everyone, I'd like to back up some user posts here when it comes to grace days. For clarity, each Calendar runs on a 28 day cycle and doesn't refresh until the 1st of the following month.

What this means is that since there were 31 days in August, it was possible to miss 3 logins throughout the month and still be able to claim all prizes within that 28 day period.

For example, if you miss 8 days in a 31 day month, you'll burn your 3 grace days and at most be able to claim the prizes up to day 23.

If you're saying that you have successfully logged in on enough days in order to claim all available prizes and are missing some, then you'll need to contact the Support Team as we aren't able to assist with this on the forums.

For this reason, and because the way grace days work has been explained, I'll be closing this thread down.

Edit: Minor grammatical fixes. Additionally, Jon8299 made a great point. If you haven't already opened this Crystal, be sure to check the Special tab in Crystals to make sure it's not there before contacting Support.
