i have completed act 6.2
yet to start 6.3
but I need a champion who'll help me the most with overall progression

    Asumming you already have those hard hitters, to me your next step are inmunities. I voted CV but Warlock is also valid.

    Yeah i say nick fury cause he hits really hard but if you don't have immunity champs try warlock or CV

    wont they be good enough at r4 for everything? Will it be a huge difference for endgame content?
    warlock sucks when the opponent has many buffs but his regen counter is amazing
    cv kills all the buffs but her damage isnt too good

    a buff counter
    debuff immune champ
    evade counter
    regen champ
    regen counter
    power control champ at r5

    Which type should i get first?

    Pretty much. Evade counter, miss counter insane damage, fully unblockable, stun immunity, he just has a hard time dealing with some annoying DoT nodes, but that's what the first Nick Fury is for 😏. I love me some Nick Fury, especially if you have deep wounds unlocked.
