Act 5 Exploration rewards allowed us to rank 5 any 5* of our choice, the highest rank in the game at the time
Act 6 Exploration rewards allow us to cross our fingers and pray to rngesus that we get super lucky and pull the catalyst and awakening gem that we need to rank up the champion of our choice.
You guys at Kabaam can't see why we have a problem with these rewards? Especially since the jump in difficulty was so huge from Act 5 to Act 6. Act 6 had the Champion Boss, all those gates, plus the Grandmaster and we get a bunch of random stuff for the effort. Shame on you.
I regret having explored all three chapters of Act 6 when I could have gained rewards far better suited to endgame progression from Abyss and these Act rewards on the horizon. There are already numerous R3 bosses in AW Plat 4 and Act 6.3 HP pushed 5/65 champions to their limits. R5 gems do not really help at this progression level. Rosters at a level that aim at Act 6 exploration HAVE made the step to 6 stars.
Finally I would have appreciated if Kabam just listened and did not rule out the possibility of buffing the rewards just hours after receiving lots of negative feedback in this thread.
If you're talking about progression, shouldn't completion rewards help with exploration. I don't see any logic behind the company's thought process on what it means or takes to do 100% exploration of Act 6.
That Champion Boss alone is one of the hardest fights in the game. A lot of players will most likely finish 6.3 and 6.4 before they even go back to that fight. I'd wish and hope Kabam would take a second look at this and really show the community that they are adding valuable resources when they are still useful. Giving us 5* rank up gems and generic 6* after exploration wont help us with Act 6. Most players are still waiting for the right champs with all the gates you added this year!
Basically these rewards consist of a ton of T2a and T5b so that we can continue the vicious cycle of obtaining and ranking every single type of utility champion imaginable to combat this like blatant lanes that require Power Sting.
And you throw us a little bone with the random T5c along with barely any crystal shards and barely any signature stones, and no progression up from Cavalier. No increased rewards from crystals nor access to a new EQ difficulty none of that sort. Just bummy. Rank up as many champs as possible so you can crunch through a hectic Act of terror with champs that you are not familiar with in order to meet a hugely strict roster obtaining and ranking requirement. This is a HUGE disappointment to the dreadful Act 6 you're already talking about Act 7. You're so out of tune with us. I'm disappointed and lost interest in Story mode. I've got everything completed up until now.
Like, this was it. The end of an Act. We expect something major. And you're not even close to that. I spent $$ to get through Act 6 you don't appreciate it
How is it possible that with the budget kabam has now, and with the amazing team of professionals as explsined above, is the progression team doing such poor decissions?
Lets say this as clearly as possible. We don't need anything related to 5* as this level. It is not a matter to get the best rewards. It is about to have fun and get achievements. These rewards do very little (just the t5cc and 6* shards) for the progression of a player who is able to complete this content.
It is not fun to have to wait and grind for a year to progress. If there is a darker side...being stingy with rewards to try to sell packages ...please let me get out of this idea. You will lose players and be worse overall.
It is ok to miscalculate, please just listen to the community and make amendments.
I’m so glad I had to beat the Champion like 7 times in 6.2 for **** 100% rewards
Do you guys realize that the game's progression is slower than it ever was? I understand the fact that you needed to slow it as exponential growth would make it very difficult for you to design content, but given this is the highest progression level and a very hyped one players should be able to R3 atleast one champ, awaken and sig him, I dont see a generic gem or a class selector. How is this fair to anyone?
Question: Will it break the game if every one who 100% act 6 had a R3, awakened 6*?????? Should R3's be rare than a year long end game content exploration costing thousands of units and actually need to play good ? If so please give a solid and logical reason, if not then agree that these rewards are flat and do nothing for the end game players.
This is so out of touch and clearly you have no one who actually plays the game in the top alliances to even understand what people are saying here....
If I knew these were the rewards from the beginning I would have not bothered exploring at a cost of tens of thousands of units. I had to kill that 6.2 champion 9 times!!!!
