Best Counters to Void on Inverted Immunity

Pretty much the title. Most wars I have to face Void on:
-Poison every 7 seconds
-Inverted immunity(Bleed every 4 that shouldn't be removed)

I've been getting through with Omega but its almost killing me. Was wondering if there were any good counters to it out there

    That would certainly mitigate a lot of the damage. Now I just need to get one

    I always used Omega Red. Never had an issue.
    Omega can do it but it's costing about 70% of my health. Just wanted to see if there were better counters out there that I hadn't thought of
