Selling of the hero - does it worth it?

How much can I expect of selling the 3* hero to get some resources back? I would like to rank up my 4* hero by selling of some heroes from 3* roster.

    None, you get more resources from duping them. Never ever sell champions!

    I agree with Colonaut123 and Lvernon15. I sold too much 2 & 3* champs twice. And i sold some 4* for getting quickly 5* champs. Believe me, it's not worth it, not at all. When you save those champs even if you don't use them, you'll get more from duplicating them. If you wanna know why really you shouldn't sell your champs, here is some numbers for you :

    I just duplicate 2* Gamora. It's awakened lvl 31 and at max level.
    > Duplicating Gamora gave me x1 t2 cosmic ISO8, x2 t3 ISO8 and x55 3* hero crystal shard.
    > If i want to sell, it will give me t2 basic ISO 8, x11 t3 cosmic ISO 8, 4.734 gold and x85 3*hero crystal shard.

    As you can see, if i sell this champ i can't get even my ISOs back which i spend them to leveling Gamora. But duplicating always give you a chance to get better heroes.
