Silver Surfer: The biggest let down of 2019

There was such a huge build up to
Silver Surfer joining the MCOC.i looked forward to it as soon as it was announced. I was wandering how he stacked up as far as new guys of 2019.
I looked at Seatin's List, which I guess is the Bible for most people in the game.
It says he's only a high demi-god???
I don't understand how that is possible.
He gets his power from the power cosmic itself. He should be the strongest Cosmic character to date.
I'd also like to say I don't have this character. So this post isn't because
I want mine buffed.You guys at Kabam made a huge mistake by not making him the strongest Cosmic to date.
I'd also like to say a lacky of Thanos
Corvus isn't deserving of that title
This is something that should be fixed.

I’m bummed with surfer too, especially with my excitement level around him. But it is what it is, and he’s not completely awful. He should have some bit of immunity though. I think he’ll be a prime candidate for their rebalance

I beg to differ. Most players I know are able to think for themselves and decide which champs they like and don't like. To say Seatins list is the Bible for most ppl just isn't the case. Maybe for new players until they know the basics of the champs but that's it. Champs in the game aren't the same as in the comics. Otherwise it wouldn't be much of a contest. You couldn't have humans being able to knock out champs like the hulk. If u don't even have the champ how can u realistically say they aren't good enough? U haven't even attempted to learn his mechanics. At least try the champ out for yourself before u start complaining about how they aren't good enough.

I think you forgot about Diablo and Ebony Maw. Silver Surfer is good if you know how to play him

The only champion in the game that _should_ be a certain tier because of who they are is Squirrel Girl, and even then it's either S++++ One Above It All tier or complete meme. No inbetweens.

I wasn't the biggest fan of Silver Surfer at first, but then I got him as one of my early 4*s in my secondary account, and had little choice but to rank him up. He has become one of my favorites in that account, and has led me to reconsider the 5* I have on my main account as well. Now that I've gotten the hang of him, I actually the champ quite a lot, and he does have a lot of use. He may not have any outright immunity, but his ability to reduce 100% of damage from things like Shock comes in handy (and if you run Willpower, provides a bit of regen when inflicted with those debuffs). His damage can be ramped up nicely, and he has several very useful synergies.

Is he the best Cosmic in the game? No (though I don't believe Corvus necessarily is either). However, he is certainly one of the better options out there, and far from useless.
