When it will be easier to find or get tier 5 catalyst? So far, it's almost impossible to have one single of them.

I’ve had this happen on occasion. Just did some random rank ups on alt account. 2 star IMIW duped went from 326 to 323 when ranked up. 2* iron patriot unduped went 259 to 258. Other 5 2 and 3 stars that I ranked were unchanged on rank up. Like OP said, it’s not a big deal because you level them up right away, but it doesn’t make sense any champ would have lower PI after rank up.
