So high attack at 5* R4 How ?

Look at this champion, this Redskull is 5* R4 and his attack is so high, I knew it could have been boosted, but I have been chasing this for so long and it has always shown the same, how..... could anyone reveal this mystery?

Agreed, Suicide masteries but I did check champion health it was showing right up not in negatives, what could be the reason ?? thats where i was unsure...

Only 1 point in glass canon rest in suicides to make health inflation not known but damage as r4 not many go above 2k let alone 2900 so is boosted by suicides
